BULLZEN - PLEASE DONT BUY THIS BRAND

dazzler
Found out that they don't have support in Singapore. Bought a brand new reel and found that it was not working after using it. Sent it to 2000 Tackles in January and since, I have been waiting and waiting and still "waiting for parts".... Virtually, zero support locally in Singapore, so everything has to be done in Malaysia. And yet in Malaysia, they do not have parts in the company !!! And ask them to upsell me a new reel so at least I have a reel to use, and they refused. Ask them to lend me an old reel, and they say cannot. Alamak, worst company to deal with. Just want to highlight this to the local community.

The don't have a website or seem to own the domain. Looks like the function on a Facebook page is all.

The reason bullzen rods are ‘unbreakable’ is because thay are made of solid carbon fibre/fibreglass.  This is technology that is very cheap, and pretty much obsolete.  Rods used to be made this way 30-40 years ago. They were heavy, and in-sensitive.  But modern rods are tubular carbon fibre/ fibre glass and they are light, strong and sensitive. Don’t think many anglers will be interested in solid rods anymore unless they are going for very specialised applications like oyogase or marlin fishing
