Absolutely man., it would stop a truck and it's at a good price. The only thing is it s a tad bit heavy but that's popping. It can also be used to trolling and bottom. Guys in the US use it.

    Thanks man.
One thing I would to is to compare the line retrieval length against a Shimano 14,000. I am unsure if it picks up the slack fast enough for a swimbait. Easy comparison, which should be alright.

If you are planning to head to the Maldives a Shimano Saragosa or Twin Power may work too.

Compare the line retrieval length against the Saragosa and the Penn. You'll find your best choice.

    What's your budget?

Yep man that's the con of the reel, I lifted it at OJ Tackle. And very good comparison to take the Stella 30,000 as a benchmark, I always appreciate real world comparisons.
