I just bought a Shimano Scorpion 71XG from Big Dipper yesterday to match with my Storm Teenie. Price is about $267 I think. You might want to consider. The gear ratio is 8.2:1. 82cm retreival per crank.

I have loaded it with 6lbs Suffix and it cast very well even for rubber swim shad on 5g jigheads at Pasir Ris main pond. I got really very good distance if I use 10g jigheads at about 40-50m. However, I have yet to try it on 3g hard bodies.
