Slow constant retrieve works well. Thanks.

Had a short session on incoming tide.
Had it striked while water level was about 1.3m high.

    A $120 Samsung EX2F frm carousel ;)
  • Luke Maow Bear
It's apparent that you are using a proper camera bro. No matter how Camera's on phones get, there are tell tale signs when an angler uses a dedicated camera. Very nice pictures.

  • Rockmastez
    Yup! thats the one.
Really need those settings to control the exposure especially when taking pictures in the dark!

F1.4 man. Wow. Good for that price, I am going to explore older stuff.

    Zerek Cavalla 90mm.

Another alternative choice for my pintail. Affordable. 12 colors to choose from. I chose KMB due to its natural color, detailed printed pattern and its high reflective surface.

Swimming actions during fast retrieval were proven stable n effective.

Here's our unexpected target for yesterday morning.

    A juvenile Bluefin Trevally!!

Spotted a Cuda anticipating a chase for my pintail.

Decided to slower down the game with a quick change to a floating minnow. A short twitching and there goes its smashing power, flipping n bursting action!

I find the Cavalla's lip too big, but that's because I am lazy to crank harder than I want to. Great wobbling action.

Bro I've been admiring your CRs for a pretty long time now. They're pretty badass. You've been really productive (by SG standards) and consistent with your catches.

You have any tips for us mere mortals here? What do you look for in a spot? What terrain? What tide? Retrieve styles?

    Pls help lolol

Basically i like to cast along water breakers wit those uncemented rocks. If theres a structure, whichever structure you think these fishes will like to “camp” or passing by, is a bonus.
Diff fishes takes at diff tide.
Choose your tide wisely. it takes only a few hours of casting to search for them before the tide changes. Sometimes i do land zero fish.
My favaourite lure size are frm 90 to 125mm.
